How much does luxury home cleaning cost?
Recurring Estate Care begins at $350 per visit and typically plans at $0.18–$0.25 per square foot. A Signature Deep Detail begins at $750 and typically plans at $0.35–$0.50 per square foot. These are planning ranges. Final investment is confirmed after a property review, because size is only one component of pricing.
Does Blu Lux provide recurring cleaning?
Yes, subject to service availability and property evaluation. Weekly, twice-weekly, bi-weekly, and custom estate schedules are available.
Do you clean large estates?
Yes. Large residences are scoped by zone and structure rather than as a single square-foot figure, and are typically staffed with multi-technician teams under a team lead.
Do you work in gated communities?
Yes, subject to client access coordination. Guard-gated entry, gate codes, concierge desks, and estate-manager coordination are all handled through a documented access protocol.
Can your team follow property-specific cleaning protocols?
Yes. Property-specific protocols are the core of how Blu Lux works. Preferred products, priority rooms, no-touch zones, and surface-care notes are recorded in a property profile that governs every visit.
Do you provide post-construction cleaning?
Yes, through customized proposals. Post-construction work is scoped in cleaning passes based on the condition of the property and the construction sequence.
Can I provide my own cleaning products?
Yes, subject to evaluation and written instructions. Client-supplied products are documented in the property profile so every technician uses them consistently.
Do you handle delicate stone and specialty finishes?
Blu Lux can provide appropriate cleaning for many specialty surfaces, subject to inspection and manufacturer recommendations. Where a finish falls outside what cleaning can safely address, we say so before beginning.
Do you provide restoration?
Cleaning and restoration are different services. Grinding, honing, polishing, refinishing, and stone repair should be separately evaluated and are not performed unless specifically included in a written proposal.
What cities do you serve?
Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Beaumont, and surrounding approved service areas. Availability is confirmed by neighborhood during consultation.
Will the same team service my property each visit?
Consistency of personnel is a stated objective of every recurring program and is coordinated wherever staffing allows. Because the scope is documented rather than remembered, the standard holds even when a substitution is necessary.
Will personnel sign a confidentiality agreement?
Confidentiality agreements are available where appropriate and are arranged during onboarding. Photography and social posting of client residences are prohibited without written client authorization.
