Blu Lux provides cleaning and detailed property-care services. Services are performed under the scope described in the written proposal or service agreement for your property.
Restoration disclaimer
Cleaning and restoration are different services. Blu Lux does not perform restoration, grinding, refinishing, polishing, stone repair, or specialized restoration unless specifically included in a written proposal. Pre-existing conditions such as etching, staining, wear, and prior damage may not be correctable through cleaning.
Property-specific instructions
Client-supplied products, manufacturer instructions, and property protocols are followed as documented. Where a requested product or method appears likely to damage a surface, Blu Lux will raise the concern before proceeding.
